TASKS:

Drive and direct recruitment efforts and processes
Implement strategic hiring procedures and improve upon recruitment measures
Set team goals and targets and monitor progress against recruitment department metrics. Responsible for measuring team productivity
Work with the operations, work force management and site director to confirm hiring needs or/and hiring requirements, processes
Improve hiring procedures and techniques
Ensures the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process, working within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS tools
Process and track applicant job sources
Manage Recruitiing KPIs and budgets
Set clear goals and benchmarks for the recruitment or the coordinator team
Train and supervise resources in the correct company processes

Unsere Erwartungen

German C2 / English C1

Management experience / and within Recruitment (internal/agency)

Proven track record in managing a team of approx. 25 in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated experience working as a Recruiter
Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach and provide direction to the TA Team
Awareness of recruiting metrics and trends: retention, quality of hire, net throughput
demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership with focus on continuous improvement
Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure, ability to work in a high-velocity environment
Ability to foster a sense of professionalism and relationship building for self and team
Attention to detail, tech -savvy
Very good excel skills
Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
Excellent communication and moderation skills
Experience directing the activities of a team who assist with development of innovative, creative, and proactive recruitment strategies to meet the business needs of each c
